How does the connection between the bracelets work?

The bracelets pair with your smartphone via Bluetooth through the LuneBond app. Once you are connected in the app, you can send each other signals from anywhere in the world. The smartphone only needs an internet connection.

Are the bracelets waterproof?

The bracelets are splash-resistant, for example when washing your hands or in light rain. However, we recommend taking them off before showering, swimming or bathing to protect the electronics and materials over time.

Does the smartphone always need to be nearby?

The bracelet needs to be near your smartphone so it can receive and send data. Your partner can be anywhere in the world as long as both phones have an active internet connection.

How long does shipping take?

We ship your LuneBond package insured and with tracking. Within Germany, you usually receive your jewelry within 2–4 business days.

How long does the battery last?

With average use, the battery lasts about 5 to 7 days. Charging is quick and easy with the included USB charging cable, which magnetically attaches to the bracelet.
